Corinne Butler joined the Board in late 2024. She is Chair of the People, Safety and Environment Committee and a Director of the Ergon Energy Network and Energex Subsidiary Boards.
Corinne is currently the Chief People Officer at Aruma, where she leads people and culture functions for a large national workforce operating in a highly regulated, safety‑critical environment. Her executive responsibilities span workforce strategy, industrial and employee relations, leadership and talent development, organisational change, and culture.
She is also a Director of Brighter Super and brings more than 20 years’ experience across executive leadership, governance and advisory roles, working with organisations across health, disability, financial services, energy and professional services.
Corinne is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Advisory Board Centre, and holds a Masters in Project Management. She is passionate about improving organisational performance through strong governance, culture, leadership and people systems.
