Recruitment process
Our recruitment processes vary depending on the type of role you have applied for.
Choose the pathway that applies to you below.
Our recruitment process times vary according to the role and the steps involved but typically will take up to 6 weeks for office and white-collar roles (from the date the ad closes) to 8 weeks for blue collar and field-based roles (due to the additional medical requirement).
Our Recruitment Team will keep you updated throughout the process including if there are any changes to our timelines, but please reach out to your recruiter if you have any questions about the status of your application.
You can also check the status of your application by logging into our Jobs Portal and selecting "My Profile" and then "My Applications".
Applications
To apply, select "Apply Now" on the job listing and you’ll be directed to our Jobs Portal. If you’re new, select "New User" and follow the prompts to register. Once done, select "Save" and "Next" to complete your application.

We often ask for a cover letter for office-based and white-collar positions, but not for blue collar/field roles.
For most blue collar/field roles, we only require a resume and there won’t be an option to include a cover letter.
If you would like to attach a cover letter or additional information, we recommend you combine all the documents and upload them as one file at the attach resume stage.
A cover letter should be a one-page introduction about yourself and include information that is not in your resume, such as your motivations or desire to relocate for example.
You are not required to provide any documentation with your application, but all successful applicants will be asked to provide evidence/documents to support their:
- Right to work in Australia (passport, birth certificate or Visa)
- Copies of qualifications.
We can only accept applications through advertised roles online.
If there are no suitable roles, you can subscribe to our Jobs Alert. Set your preferences and we will keep you updated whenever we post new jobs that match your criteria.
We also encourage you to regularly check our website for any future vacancies.
If you register for our Jobs Alert, you will automatically be kept informed of new vacancies that match the preferences you have given.
We recommend applicants check their "spam/junk mail' folder in the first instance.
If you don’t find an email from us, you may have failed to complete all steps and/or hit the final submit button. Please log back in and complete all the questions and ensure you have hit the final submit button.
