Jeff Green joined the Executive Leadership Team in July 2025. As the Chief Operating Officer, Jeff leads the operations and maintenance of Energy Queensland's distribution network across the State, covering both Ergon Energy Network's and Energex’s operational streams.
The Chief Operating Officer role encompasses the full range of operational aspects including works programming, field delivery, network operations, system design, substations and delivery enablement which covers apprentices, fleet, contract resources, equipment operations, Improvement and Delivery Standards, training and emergency planning and response.
With over 35 years in the energy and distribution sectors, Jeff is passionate about shaping the future of energy networks with a key focus on driving operational excellence, delivering outstanding customer service, and enhancing workforce capability.
