Paige Ridgewell was appointed to the Executive Leadership Team as Chief Customer Officer in October 2025. Prior to this she was the Assistant Director-General, Housing and Homelessness Programs at the Department of Housing and Public Works.
Paige brings more than 30 years of extensive experience in the Queensland Public Service to her role at Energy Queensland. She has held senior executive positions across a broad range of portfolios including sport and recreation, energy and public works, and housing and homelessness programs.
Throughout her career, Paige has demonstrated a strong commitment to public service, successfully leading significant strategies and reforms. She has been recognised as a key instigator of change, driving transformation across various departments. Her leadership roles have included Deputy Director-General, Assistant Director-General, and Executive Director.
Paige holds a Master of Public Policy and Management, a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Leisure Studies. She is also a Director on the Board of Baseball Australia.
